Everyone wants to do the right thing right! This course uses real life, humorous case studies to illustrate common mistakes made when brokering commercial real estate. Some deal with the law, some deal with the REALTOR Code of Ethics and some deal with just good ol' business sense. A fun, highly participative class, the attendee will have a much better feel for the license law and rules as well as how to properly handle things without killing the deal. Also counts for REALTOR Code of Ethics credit.

This class is being offered online live-stream through Zoom. Please review our Synchronous (live-stream) Class Technology requirements. Zoom link for the class will be emailed one day prior to class.
