The goal of Military Relocation Professional Certification Core Course is to educate real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit needs, as sellers or buyers, and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Students will learn how to provide the real estate services at any stage in the service member's military career, that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. BONUS! The Military Relocation Professional Certification Core course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and provides four hours of North Carolina real estate continuing-education elective credit. This course also offers credit for the Canopy Realtor® Association's Workforce Housing Certificate Program. To earn the MRP certification, Realtors; must be in good standing with NAR, complete the one-day certification course and submit the certification application and a one-time fee of $195. You can pick up course materials at the Canopy Real Estate Institute, 1120 Pearl Park Way, Charlotte, NC 28204, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. excluding holidays.
