Welcome to The Right Start - Your Path to Success at Canopy Real Estate Institute. The Right Start is divided into three, online classes designed to give you the tools necessary to get your business up and running. Classes are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. with lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Class dates are Tuesday, August 2, Thursday, August 4 and Tuesday, August 9. The orientation and FREE MLS session will be Thursday, July 28 at 10 a.m. You will receive an email and link to the session as the date gets closer. Courses can be taken individually or — for a more complete experience as a series of three. This course includes the three-part series and a bonus MLS online training orientation. To allow for a personalized experience, the series has limited seating. The Right Start series goes far beyond lectures by offering hands-on activities, networking opportunities and in-class exercises. After the first day, you’ll have real-world skills to start accomplishing your goals. Part 2: Converting Buyers and Building Your Buyer-Side Business Become knowledgeable about buyer agreements and securing loyalty, creating a buyer-counseling presentation, navigating paperwork and understanding what today's buyer clients want. Note: This class also offers four hours of North Carolina continuing-education (CE) credit based on successful completion of the course. Students are required to participate and be in class for the required amount of time to receive CE credit. Part 3: Neutralizing Seller Concerns and Building Your Listing-Side Business Gain useful information to work effectively with sellers. Discuss handling objections, pricing and Comparative Market Analysis, lead conversion, research and preparation and more. Note: This class offers four hours of North Carolina continuing-education (CE) credit based on successful completion of the course. Students are required to participate and be in class for the required amount of time to receive CE credit.
