COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course dives deep into the Code of Ethics, where students will go over several case studies that provoke thought and discussion of what is ethically correct in the real estate industry. This course will satisfy 4 hours of NC CE credit and satisfy the 2.5 hour REALTOR Code of Ethics requirement.  We call this a "2-fer" or a "BOGO" because if you are a Realtor®, this satisfies your COE requirement as well as your NCREC annual elective requirement. IF you are not a Realtor®, this satisfies your annual NCREC Elective requirement and will refresh your knowledge of the law.

This class is being offered online live-stream through Zoom. Please review our Synchronous (live-stream) Class Technology requirements. Zoom link will be emailed one day prior to class.
