These courses need to be offered by SC-approved providers and meet the standards set by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission. TUITION FEE(S) : Early Bird until Aug. 4, 2025: $99 (Members); $129 (Non-Members) After Aug. 4, 2025: $129 (Members); $159 (Non-Members) COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed for real estate professionals who want to harness the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve their productivity, make better decisions, and stay ahead in the competitive market. It covers the basics of AI, its applications in real estate, marketing with AI, and practical productivity tools. This course will teach you how to: Understand the latest market trends and their impact on real estate. Develop advanced communication skills utilizing AI. Master digital tools and platforms for real estate marketing and sales. Leverage effective strategies for property valuation and analysis. Apply your understanding of legal and ethical considerations in real estate related to artificial intelligence. Successful completion of the course will fulfill the elective requirement for the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation . This class is being offered online live-stream through Zoom. COURSE MATERIALS : Course materials will be located in your Student Dashboard available for download via Canopy Campus prior to start of course. ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Students are required to attend 90% of this class. Students cannot make up missed time due to lateness or absences.
