Designed for real estate professionals at all experience levels, the National Association of REALTORS® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, or SFR®, gives you a framework for understanding how to: • Direct distressed sellers to finance, tax, and legal professionals • Qualify sellers for short sales • Develop a short sale package • Negotiate with lenders • Tap into buyer demand • Safeguard your commission • Limit risk • Protect buyers Begin building your confidence today with SFR®! The course provides four hours of North Carolina continuing education credit (90% attendance required) and offers Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) elective credit. Course materials and Zoom link will be emailed to enrolled students prior to class. You can also choose to pick up a hardcopy on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 between 9-11 a.m. at 1120 Pearl Park Way, Charlotte, NC 28204. Pull into the parking deck and go to level P1 (look for the orange cones in front of the elevator). Once you arrive call 704-372-2984 and let them know you are here to pick up a hard copy of the Investing materials. You are not required to pick up a hard copy as all the materials will be emailed in advance of the class.
