DescriptionLocationInstructorsCancellation Policy The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. By earning the SRES® designation, REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions. This course is TWO days August 25 and 26 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. both days. The course provides four hours of North Carolina continuing education credit (90% attendance required). The course tuition includes a student notebook and forms packet that will be emailed to you prior to the course. Zoom link will be emailed to enrolled students prior to class.
