COURSE DESCRIPTION: Artificial Intelligence is transforming real estate, giving professionals who embrace it a true competitive edge. The AI Advantage equips agents with practical tools and strategies to streamline tasks, enhance marketing, and deliver smarter client service. From writing listing descriptions and creating personalized campaigns to leveraging predictive lead scoring and chatbots, students will see how top producers are using AI today. The course also explores the Zero-Click Effect, teaching agents how to stay visible in search and social platforms, even when clients never click through. Through live demos, participants will practice prompt engineering, discover custom AI tools, and learn how to build systems that blend technology with the personal connection at the heart of real estate. By the end of this class, students will be able to: - Explain how AI has evolved in real estate - Identify common and advanced uses of AI by top agents - Develop strategies to adapt to the Zero-Click Effect - Write effective prompts for AI tools - Apply AI to their business which complies with North Carolina Real Estate Commission Rules and the NAR Code of Ethics *this is not an NAR approved ethics course COURSE MATERIALS: Course materials will be located in your student dashboard available for download via Canopy Campus prior to start of course. You will also receive a hard copy of materials in-person during check-in. ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT: Students are required to attend 90% of this class. Students cannot make up missed time due to lateness or absences. Students should ensure they can attend the required classroom hours before registering for a class. Students cannot use the allotted 10% to leave the class early.
