COURSE DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to strengthen your foundation in the real estate industry. Whether you're newly licensed or a seasoned pro, this class will help you stay sharp, compliant, and confident. In this course, you'll learn: The History of Fair Housing, core Fair Housing principles and how to apply them. The REALTOR® Code of Ethics — what it means and why it matters and practical strategies to enhance your professionalism and protect the public. Stay ahead of the curve. This course satisfies the following: - NCREC CE Credit - 4 Elective Hours - NAR Fair Housing Training Credit - NAR Code of Ethics Training Credit IMPORTANT NOTICE PRIOR TO REGISTERING: This course satisfies both the Code of Ethics (COE) and Fair Housing requirements established by the National Association of REALTORS®, and also provides North Carolina CE elective credit. NOTE: The time allotment exceeds the standard 4-hour CE format to ensure full compliance with current NAR requirements for dually approved REALTOR® training courses. COE and Fair Housing completions will be reported directly to NAR for Canopy Primary-Affiliated Members only. Non-members and/or members with Secondary affiliations are responsible for submitting their course completion certificate to their Primary Association for credit.
