This course delivers a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training, and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today's marketplace.

What you'll learn!
  • Increase listings and grow their business.
  • Demonstrate and communicate their value package to seller clients.
  • Understand and apply the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
  • Understand and comply with state license laws when representing sellers.
  • Understand and apply methods, tools, and techniques to provide the support and services that sellers want and need.
  • Understand that the representation skills required to represent sellers encompass a comprehensive understanding of the legal duties and license law responsibilities.
The course provides four hours of North Carolina continuing education credit (90% attendance required).

How to earn the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation:
  • Complete the SRS Course. 
  • Obtain or hold active membership in the National Association of REALTORS® as a REALTOR® or REALTOR®-Associate.
  • Complete one (1) approved elective.  
  • Submit three (3) closed transactions representing the seller.
  • Complete and submit the Designation Application once you have completed ALL the requirements.

The cost for the course is $219 for members; $249 for nonmembers. 

The Zoom link will be sent prior to the class.

COURSE CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
There will be a $25 tuition cancellation fee for registrations cancelled in writing (dated) seven days prior to the program. Registrations cancelled within seven days of the program will be non-refundable. 

If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please contact Canopy Real Estate Institute at (704) 372-2984 or email canopyreinstitute@canopyrealtors.com. 

Canopy Real Estate Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses that have not yet begun as needed. Our minimum enrollment requirement is ten (10) students. Students enrolled in a rescheduled or cancelled course that has not yet begun will be given a minimum of 24-hour notice of the cancellation or new course schedule. Students will have the option to reschedule to another course or receive a full tuition refund, if applicable.

If an instructor's connectivity fails during a virtual/live-stream course and instruction cannot take place as scheduled, Canopy Real Estate Institute will reschedule the missed date(s) as needed. Students who cannot attend the rescheduled course date(s) have the option to be counted as absent, reschedule to another course, or receive a full tuition refund.
