NAR's Military Relocation Professional (Virtual via Zoom)

 *SC licensees may need to submit a request to the SC Real Estate Commission for equivalent credit consideration. 

TUITION FEE(S):  $119 (members); $149 (nonmembers) 

COURSE DESCRIPTION: The goal of Military Relocation Professional Certification Core Course is to educate real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suits the needs, as sellers or buyers, and take full advantage of military benefits and support. Students will learn how to provide the real estate services at any stage in the service member's military career, that meet the needs of this niche market and win future referrals. 

BONUS! The Military Relocation Professional Certification Core course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and provides four hours of North Carolina real estate continuing-education elective credit. This course also offers credit for the Canopy Realtor® Association's Workforce Housing Certificate Program. To earn the MRP certification, Realtors must be in good standing with NAR, complete the one-day certification course, complete two one-hour webinars, and submit the certification application and a one-time fee of $195.

COURSE MATERIALS: Student Manual will be provided via Canopy Campus prior to start of course.   

NOTE:  Hard copies of student materials may be available upon request by emailingcanopyreinstitute@canopyrealtors.com.  Shipping and handling charges will apply if request is for delivery. Arrangements must be made for request by pickup at our office.  Canopy Real Estate Institute is located at 1120 Pearl Park Way, Charlotte, NC 28204 and open Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4pm,excluding holidays. 

ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT:  You are required to attend 90% of this class.  Students cannot make up missed time due to lateness or absences. Students should ensure they can attend the required classroom hours before registering for a class.

COMPLETION & PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT:  You will not  receive credit for class time and participation if you fail to adhere to the policies outlined in our Policies and Procedures Disclosure.
