Class hours are 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (30 minutes for lunch each day)
Early Bird Registration is $199 for Members and $219 for Non-members and ends October 12. Regular Registration is $219 for Members and $239 for Non-members and starts October 13.

This two-day course is the first step towards becoming an ABR® designee. You will learn:

Note: Upon completion of the two-day course and successfully passing the exam, you will have achieved ABR® candidate status, a three-year period during which you must fulfill the educational and experiential requirements to earn the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, Inc. This course provides four hours of North Carolina continuing education elective credit.

Canopy Real Estate Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses that have not yet begun as needed. Our minimum enrollment requirement is ten (10) students. Students enrolled in a rescheduled or cancelled course
that has not yet begun will be given a minimum of 24-hour notice of the cancellation or new course schedule. Students will have the option to reschedule to another course or receive a full tuition refund, if applicable.
