Topics discussed include: Material Facts Dual Agency BIC Responsibilities Law & Rule Updates Licensing & Education All BIC/BIC Eligible brokers must take the Broker-In-Charge Update course. Important Note: If a BIC or broker who is BIC-eligible takes the General Update, CE credit will be given, but BIC status/eligibility will be lost. This class is being offered online live-stream through Real Time Learn. Click 'MORE INFORMATION' to register. To accommodate social distancing requirements, Canopy in-person class sizes will be limited. 3. To avoid infecting the instructor, staff or other students, individuals who test positive for COVID-19 are asked not to attend class until they have retested and received a negative COVID-19 test result. 4.
